Naturex, S.A., Avignon, France, and Pure World, Inc., Bedminster, NJ, have entered into a definitive agreement for Naturex to acquire Pure World for nearly $37 million. Upon completion of the transaction, expected in late July, Pure World will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Naturex.
